The initial purpose was to develop on the best way, the productions of the Marche region territory, by a more efficient technical, logistical and commercial service.
Subsequently the associated firms and the cultivation areas have been extended to typical zones of other regions, as Umbria, Lazio, Tuscany, Abruzzo, Molise, Basilicata, Puglia, Calabria and Sicily.

The commercial and technical staff of the CODMA OP has become in these years for all these productive zones, a point of reference to realize farming programs that respect the seasonality of the area, and that foresee the application of rigid defence disciplinary, that aims to the guardianship of the health value of the products, and to the respect of the environment.

They are about 30 the products (mainly vegetables), commercialized above all,  on the channels of the Italian and European Organized Great Distribution.
Thanks to a solid agreement with the farmers-partners, the CODMA OP is able to guarantee the absolute traceability of the product through a rigid chain system that begins from the field, up to reach the shop shelf. Experienced staff performs on the field systematic controls, to guarantee the respect of the rules during the whole productive run up to the processing, the packaging and distribution; because we think the satisfaction of the consumer is the best guarantee to place our products.
The efficient and tested production, harvest, selection, preparation and distribution organization, has allowed to obtain  the "BRC" British Retail Consortium certifications " that guarantees very elevated quality standards and "GLOBALGAP." Good Agricultural Practices where valued requisite are related to the traceability, to the environmental and productive aspects, to the health and safety of the farmer and the product.
