The
CODMA is supplied by farmers of the regions Marche, Tuscany and Puglia. This allows us to be able to have an extended and qualified marketing program, offering to the consumer a typology of small artichoke head identical for the whole commercial period. The most cultivated typologies are the "Tuscan Violet" and the "Brindisino" further to other ecotype of the Marche region as the "Late of Pesaro" the "Jesino" and the artichoke of "Montelupone."

Loose or in small bundles, various calibres 30 pieces in plastic (CPR R1) boxes
The smallest artichoke heads called "carciofina" are packaged in pouches and sold by weight; furthermore cut hearts of artichoke are packaged in tubs.
