Typically wintry product, in the last years, to be able to guarantee even in smaller quantity a better availability, its cultivation has also been wide to the periods of beginning and end summer. We cultivate the white type and of that redone. To notice that the in the warmer periods cultivated and harvested varieties are of good quality either aesthetics or gustatory. Known are its health qualities and its importance in the prevention of numerous cancers thanks to its content of indolyl, isothiocyanates, vitamin C and fibres. It also contains ditioltioni and glucosynates that stimulate the natural mechanisms antioxidants of the organism.
