More jagged leaf and of more bitter taste than the savoy, due to the presence of Intibina very useful substance to our organism, is ideal for mixed salads. Always furnished fresh, after having been husked per hand and washed, our endive is very tender and very clear, ideal for salads.
The cultivation foresees the natural whitening, got thanks to the manual binding of the heads done some days before the harvest.
