Mainly cultivated in the regions Puglia and Marche in protected crop and full field that it covers always more an important role in our program.
The asparagus is native of Asia and then it has been brought from the ancient Egyptians to Europe. They are very rich of fibres and they furnish elevated quantities of mineral salts, especially kick, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium. Particularly, the presence of potassium confer to the asparagus diuretic properties.
