Cultivated between the provinces of Ascoli Piceno and Teramo, the leek is a product that is regaining the palate of the Italians. Consumed already 3000 years ago by the Celtics and in Egypt during the construction of the pyramids for soups for its aromatic taste and not too strong. .The cultivation cycle is typically wintry and extended up to the spring; it is preferable to consume it fresh, for this motive our program is articulated on different varieties harvested in a scaled way for the whole productive period.
