Especially cultivated in the regions Marche and in Umbria the melon commercialized by the CODMA OP is primarily of the type " yellow rough hull " with marking of the slice. During the late period also the rough hull not slice formed melon called "Harper" is available. The melon is the tasty fruit for excellence. All the phases of the productive cycle are followed with the maximum care, to realize the best quality and a high quantity of sugary, automatically checked on every fruit. Delicate phase of the cultivation of the melon on which depends the quality, is the harvest, that is daily effected with care by experienced farmers.
